1. Policy Duration
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Be unused and, moreover, in the same condition as when you received it.
- Additionally, it should be in its original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:
- First, perishable goods: food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
5. Partial Refunds

- Opened Media Products: CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
- Damaged or Incomplete Items: Items missing parts or not in their original condition due to reasons unrelated to our error.
- Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Refund Approval Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed.
- Additionally, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
